The redemption of the Jewish People from the ancient Egyptians was a demonstration to the entire world of the existence of its Creator. The continued existence of this same Jewish People is meant to serve the same purpose. Yet, throughout the ages this tiny people has been exiled from its homeland and driven out of nearly every refuge it sought. It has been persecuted and murdered by nearly every nation in the world, and, in spite of these efforts to destroy her, this ancient nation, at its weakest moment, right after the holocaust wiped out a full third of its population, reestablished her sovereignty on the soil of her ancient homeland.
Clearly this was and is a supernatural event. From its inception and to this very day the nations of the world have sought to destroy the tiny Jewish State. What they refuse to consider is the fact that this state came into being as part of a Divine Process which was predicted in the Bible. The Jewish State is proof of the existence of the Creator of the Universe.

Biblical Redemption Draws Closer
Today there seems to be a trend in the world, including the USA, to deny the existence of our Creator. In the United States, whose founding fathers included G-d as a full partner in her creation and who recognized that it was only from G-d that basic human rights were granted, we find a consistent effort in all branches of government to remove the recognition of G-d. “In G-d we Trust” was taken off of the dollar bill; “Under G-d” was taken out of the pledge of allegiance; and the former Chief Justice of the State of Alabama was removed from his post for having committed the crime of displaying a model of the Ten Commandments in front of the courthouse.
As the time of Biblical Redemption comes closer, forces of evil seek to deny the existence of the Creator. While of course all of these efforts will ultimately fail, those who participate in them, support them, or even just placidly accept them, will not go unpunished. They bring needless tragedy upon themselves, their loved ones and their country.
The United States of America today is treading on thin ice. Her very existence will be weighed by how she relates to the state of Israel. Although she pays lip service to the close bonds between the two countries, the fact is that her fear of isolating Arab oil interests sees her pressuring the Jewish State into making suicidal compromises. The destiny of the Jewish State cannot be changed by any world power… not even by leaders of the Jewish State who seek to deny that destiny. The only people who have the right of sovereignty over the Biblical Land of Israel is the Jewish People. Those who seek to deny that sovereignty in the name of peace will only find that this very denial will be the cause of war and destruction.
Project Shofar seeks to sound the alarm, to Jew and Gentile alike, that Israel is not a political entity. It is part of a Divine Process which is intended to bring blessing to all of the nations of the world. By opposing this process we are denying G-d and closing the door to genuine blessings and peace. For the Jew it is imperative to recognize that our two thousand year exile is coming to an end. To voluntarily live in exile, as pleasant as it may seem to be, is a grave sin against our Creator. And for the Gentile, it is imperative to recognize that the rebirth of the ancient Jewish homeland heralds the beginning of the redemption of all of Mankind. To stand against this process and seek to hamper it in any way can only bring needless tragedy and drive blessings away.
The Living G-d of Israel has begun to make his presence known on Earth once again by returning His People, Israel, to their ancient homeland. Islam sees this event as a direct threat to its plan to dominate the world. Thus all Islamic nations seek to destroy the tiny Jewish State. The President of the United States would do well to understand that his war against terror is not properly defined. If he wants to truly mount a world-wide effort to stop terror he must first understand the cause of terror. The real war being waged today is the G-dly against the godless. Allah is not the G-d of Israel. Democracy and freedom are not, or at least should not be, the gods of America. They should rather be tools used to serve G-d, which at present they are not.
Gary Cooperberg has been sounding the ancient trumpet of Israel, the Shofar, and calling out to all who will listen that time is running out. Biblical destiny is not stoppable, but needless tragedy is. An American who is also an Israeli citizen and has lived in Kiryat Arba, Hebron, for over thirty years, Gary Cooperberg makes regular visits to the states to speak out to all who will listen about the imminent Biblical Redemption.
